You have to only warm the interior of a toaster oven, where all the ingredients should already be cooked.
With increased time, the interior gets bubbly hot, which leads to crust breaks.

Once cooked, it stays good for 4 hours but you can reheat to 145 for 15 seconds to extend their life.
But make sure the pizza roll does lose quality and taste after reheating.
Can You Store Pizza Rolls in the Fridge?
No, you can’t store pizza rolls in the fridge.
They are not considered safe to eat if stored in the fridge.
This also depends on how long they were in the fridge.
If you just recently purchased them from a store, and they have been below 40F; then they will be safe to consume.
But keep in mind that bacteria thrive between 41-140F, so when you cook them, make sure the internal temp is at least 165-degree F to kill most of the harmful bacteria.
This will protect you from getting a foodborne illness.
So, it is not recommended, to store pizza rolls in the fridge for longer.

Yes, you can reheat pizza rolls.
You can reheat pizza rolls in the microwave or oven.
